Short Range Forecast Discussion NWS Weather Prediction Center College Park MD 356 PM EST Thu Dec 05 2013 Valid 00Z Fri Dec 06 2013 - 00Z Sun Dec 08 2013 ...Major ice storm expected from the Central Texas to the Ohio Valley... ...Heavy snowfall expected from Oklahoma to Lower Great Lakes... ...Very cold airmass overspreading the West and Central U.S. with temperatures 10 to 30 degrees below normal... A classic ice storm pattern is taking shape from the Southern Plains to the Ohio Valley. A strong cold front surging south and east will be overrun by mild return flow off the Gulf of Mexico, leading to a prolonged period of freezing rain and sleet from central Texas to the Ohio valley. Precipitation is expected to develop in response to a strengthening upper-level jet that remains well behind the surface cold front. As a result, the majority of the precipitation will fall into the cold sector of the storm, where significant icing is expected. The northern portion of the precipitation will fall in the form of snow, with a band of moderate snowfall expected from Oklahoma to Central Ohio. The cold front will slowly push eastward with precipitation spreading into the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. In wake of the cold front pushing through the eastern U.S., a very cold airmass will overspread the central and western U.S. Temperatures will be 10 to 30 degrees below normal for the next few days. High temperatures will remain below zero for some parts of the northern Plains. A reinforcing shot of cold air will arrive in the Pacific Northwest toward the end of the period. - Ison is alive and is going strong! NASA and other reporters are saying that the comet is dead and gone, but not at all, if you look closely at the comet it has just been broken into LARGE rocks and has split up, due to the fact that the comet has gone dark it appears that the comet has just turned into dust, not true at all, in fact there is a great explanation for this. The explanation for the comet disappearing on camera is the fact that the camera is located just behind the sun, and what we are seeing from the camera is Isons debris trail here is a great video on YouTube telling the rest of the story by BPearthwatch.

Here is a brief update as to what is transpiring in Asia; the date of news last compiled was 12/4/2013. There will be a new post tonight on the middle east, Asia, and war.
The USA has sent Joe Biden to Japan and China; he will be in Japan to reasure them that the USA has their back in this situation. On the other hand he went to China to try and work through things diplomatically. Due to the fact that the dispute could lead to a massively world wide war, is scary. The last world war so many people where affected by it. But no matter how you look at it, this all has to happen and it will come to pass, it is in scripture that this war will take place.
Please pray for our brothers in Japan, they are getting wildly close to seeing it first, the game pieces are set all that they are waiting on is the first bad move in the game and all goes south from there. China has placed 24 JH-7A bombers in PLA which is closest to Japan, if such things where to get HOT quick. Lets be real here China is a country that wants to conquer and they would devour Japan and South Korea, but thats not the main issue. The main issue is who else would go down to China's massive red hand? The USA? Russia? I guess for now we will just have to wait and see!
MEXICO LOSES RADIOACTIVE TRUCK
Breaking News Mexico has lost a radioactive waste truck carrying, radioactive material which was on its way to a nuclear waste site. The material was stolen from a local gas station. Luckily the town where it occurred was only a population of about 4,000 people, and the road was empty so no one was around! The problem is the fact that the authorities found the truck, but it was empty, the materials where not in the truck at all. So the question becomes where will these materials show up?????
DOJ PROPOSES NEW GUN GRAB BILL
There has been a major uptick in gun grabbing conversations lately. Due to a few different things, we have the last American led smelter closing at the end of December, there is a new gun bill from the DOJ, and currently there is a report surfacing from Lt. Bateman on gun grabs! This guy wants them all!
In today's world with the new tyrannical government it is important to own a firearm for a few reasons, some of those reasons are: self defense from intruders, defense from those who are against freedom, and from those who want to enslave you and everyone else. In today's world one does begin to ask why does the government need such high tech vehicles when there is no real threat other than the government created ones? Also just for facts sake, police across the country have killed more Americans than terrorists since 9/11, so why the sudden increase in such heavily armored police units, if there is any logic left in this country it is because they are going to wage war against the public and anyone that gets in their way of their take over is dead! So truthfully if we are all dead men walking then why not try and defend yourself; is the reason you don't own a firearm because they told you not to? Is the reason you haven't taught your son or daughter self defense because the fact that they tell you that the police is here to keep everyone safe? Well if you think that is true then lets refer to the constitution; at the time of the Constitution's ratification, the office of sheriff was an appointed position, and constables were either elected or drafted from the community to serve without pay. Most of their duties involved civil executions rather than criminal law enforcement. The courts of that period were venues for private litigation — whether civil or criminal — and the state was rarely a party. Professional police as we know them today originated in American cities during the second quarter of the nineteenth century, when municipal governments drafted citizens to maintain order. The role of these "nightly watch" officers gradually grew to encompass the catching of criminals, which had formerly been the responsibility of individual citizens.
Back to guns, the DOJ's new bill was drafted in September and was left open to public comment until December 9th 2013, this new bill is the same old story from the White House trying to come after the good old "Peace Keeper", according to reports they would like to change the type of guns that are allowed under the second amendment, and if such passes, what is going on in New York with the gun confiscations by the Nazis, this will be nation wide and the people will rise up because at least a few Americans have the hearts of Patriots still, and no matter what happens Jesus Christ always wins in the end! Be ready for an epic change from peace time to war time with the beginning of the new year as ammunition costs increase exponentially. On September 9th, 2013 Eric Holder submitted a proposal to the Federal Registry that calls for changes in the way Americans exercise their 2nd amendment rights. This proposal calls for the redefining of certain types of weapons, as well as methods that NFA weapons can be obtained. NFA weapons are a special class of weapons that, while perfectly legal, require a different process of purchasing and transfer than regular weapons.

Qualified Americans wanting to purchase a NFA weapon have, historically, been able to do so in one of two ways. The first way involves submitting finger prints to the federal registry, approval from the ATF, and approval from the Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO) of the purchaser or transferee’s county. This way ends up revolving around CLEO’s personal stances on NFA weapons. Even if the gun owner qualifies, on a federal level with ATF blessing, they can still be denied by their local CLEO. This leaves Americans subject to an ever-changing situation regarding their 2nd amendment freedoms. CLEOs currently are not even required to officially deny NFA requests, leaving them the option of simply dropping them into the trash can, should they feel inclined to do so.The NFA was originally enacted in 1934. Similar to the current NFA, the original Act imposed a tax on the making and transfer of firearms defined by the Act, as well as a special (occupational) tax on persons and entities engaged in the business of importing, manufacturing, and dealing in NFA firearms. The law also required the registration of all NFA firearms with the Secretary of the Treasury. Firearms subject to the 1934 Act included shotguns and rifles having barrels less than 18 inches in length, certain firearms described as “any other weapons,” machineguns, and firearm mufflers and silencers.
The second way, which has allowed Americans more consistent retention of their 2nd amendment rights, involves the establishment of a legal trust. By establishing a legal trust Americans can obtain NFA firearms, after ATF approval of course, while circumnavigating the will of local CLEOs. This method has been a means of offering consistency to law-abiding gun owners regarding their rights.

We crossed the line some time ago, it has just taken me a while to get around to the topic. Sadly, that topic is now so brutally evident that I feel shame. Shame that I have not spoken out about before now -- shame for my country, shame that we have come to this point. One story tripped me.
A woman charged with killing a fellow Alabama fan after the end of last weekend's Iron Bowl football game was angry that the victim and others didn't seem upset over the Crimson Tide's loss to archrival Auburn, said the sister of the slain woman.People, it is time to talk about guns.
My entire adult life has been dedicated to the deliberate management of violence. There are no two ways around that fact. My job, at the end of the day, is about killing. I orchestrate violence.
I am not proud of that fact. Indeed, I am often torn-up by the realization that not only is this my job, but that I am really good at my job. But my profession is about directed violence on behalf of the nation. What is happening inside our country is random and disgusting, and living here in England I am at a complete loss as to how to explain this at all. In 2011 the number of gun deaths in the United States was 10.3 per 100,000 citizens. In 2010 that statistic in the UK was 0.25. And do not even try to tell me that the British are not as inclined to violence or that their culture is so different from ours that this difference makes sense. I can say nothing when my British officers ask me about these things, because it is the law.
And for that, frankly speaking, I am embarrassed by our Supreme Court.
The people who sit on a nation's Supreme Court as supposed to be the wisest among us. They are supposed to be the men and women who understand and speak plainly about the most difficult topics confronting our nation. Our Supreme Court, however, has been failing us, as their actions have been almost the exact opposite of this ideal.
You do not have to read this full Supreme Court ruling, it is a supplemental. I can spell it out for you in ten seconds.
Five of the nine members of the Supreme Court agreed that the part in the Second Amendment which talks about "A Well Regulated Militia, Being Necessary To The Security Of A Free State..." did not matter. In other words, they flunked basic high school history.
The lengths to which Justice Scalia had to go in his attempt to rewrite American history and the English language are as stunning as they are egregious. In essence, what he said about the words written by the Founding Fathers was, "Yeah, they didn't really mean what they said."
You have got to be fking kidding me. Seriously? You spent nearly 4,000 words to deny the historical reality of thirteen words? That, sir, is an embarrassingly damning indictment not just of you, but of an educational system that failed to teach history.
But just so we are all clear on this, let me spell it out for the rest of you. During the American Civil War, a topic about which I know a little bit, we had a system of state militias. They formed the basis of the army that saved the United States. For most of the first year, and well into the second, many of the units raised by the states were created entirely or in part from militia units that predated the war. But even when partially "regulated," militias are sloppy things. They do not always work well outside their own home states, and in our own history and in our Revolutionary War, it was not uncommon for militia units to refuse to go out of their own state. In the Spanish-American war the way around this limitation was for "interested volunteers" to resign, en masse, from their militia units and then sign up -- again en masse -- as a "volunteer" unit. It was a cumbersome solution to a 123-year-old problem.
Which is why, in 1903 Congress passed the Militia Act. Friends, if you have not read it I'll just tell you: As of 1903, the "militia" has been known as the National Guard.
They are "well regulated," and when called to do so as they have been these past twelve years, they can fight like demons. I am proud of them. And I am ashamed that Justice Scalia thinks that they do not exist.
Guns are tools. I use these tools in my job. But like all tools one must be trained and educated in their use. Weapons are there for the "well regulated militia." Their use, therefore, must be in defense of the nation. Shooting and killing somebody because they were not "upset enough" over the loss of a college football team should not be possible in our great nation. Which is why I am adding the following "Gun Plank" to the Bateman-Pierce platform. Here are some suggestions:
1. The only guns permitted will be the following:
2. We will pry your gun from your cold, dead, fingers. That is because I am willing to wait until you die, hopefully of natural causes. Guns, except for the three approved categories, cannot be inherited. When you die your weapons must be turned into the local police department, which will then destroy them. (Weapons of historical significance will be de-milled, but may be preserved.)
- a. Smoothbore or Rifled muzzle-loading blackpowder muskets. No 7-11 in history has ever been held up with one of these.
- b. Double-barrel breech-loading shotguns. Hunting with these is valid.
- c. Bolt-action rifles with a magazine capacity no greater than five rounds. Like I said, hunting is valid. But if you cannot bring down a defenseless deer in under five rounds, then you have no fking reason to be holding a killing tool in the first place.
3. Police departments are no longer allowed to sell or auction weapons used in crimes after the cases have been closed. (That will piss off some cops, since they really need this money. But you know what they need more? Less violence and death. By continuing the process of weapon recirculation, they are only making their jobs -- or the jobs of some other cops -- harder.)
4. We will submit a new tax on ammunition. In the first two years it will be 400 percent of the current retail cost of that type of ammunition. (Exemptions for the ammo used by the approved weapons.) Thereafter it will increase by 20 percent per year.
5. We will initiate a nationwide "buy-back" program, effective immediately, with the payouts coming from the DoD budget. This buy-back program will start purchasing weapons at 200 percent of their face value the first year, 150 percent the second year, 100 percent the third year. Thereafter there will be a 10 year pause, at which point the guns can be sold to the government at 10 percent of their value for the next 50 years.
6. The major gun manufactures of the United States, less those who create weapons for the federal government and the armed forces, will be bought out by the United States of America, for our own damned good.
