As of December 18th 2013, The world appears to be changing right before our faces! Today the Federal Reserve has decided to taper by 10 billion a month, and the stocks soar? That's strange, but however may not be a bad thing for the moment. Then yesterday there seemed to be a lot of Nuclear size movement between Russia North Korea, and China. This raises the question are we at a Cold War with the World!

RUSSIA, CHINA, USA SHOWDOWN COMING TO A STREET NEAR YOU... WHEN??? VERY SOON, VERY SOON!!!! In recent days there has been quite a bit of movement between China, USA, Russia and North Korea. China is the biggest threat in all of this because not only do they have a massive armed force unit but they hold a lot of the USA's debt, so it is literally like one wrong move and we could actually be looking at economic situation and a big war that leads to a world war sooner than later. When China declared their "Identify yourself" zone, tensions really rose all over the globe. So we saw Russia stating to the USA that they would respond with nuclear action, North Korea got involved and stated that in case of an economic situation sold all of their Gold to China, and China moved their troops into North Korea for a better vantage point on South Korea who also is involved in this!Now today 12/18/2013 North Korea's Dictator has executed not only his uncle but his aunt as well!

NORTH KOREA

North Korea's new leader is a reckless dictator and now not only has he murdered his ex-girlfriend, but he has had ordered his uncle and aunt executed for treason as well. This approximately 30 year old man is absolutely out of control. In bigger news, yesterday North Korea announced another nuclear test, and this of course put South Korea on a very High alert! This came right after North Korea wars 'war comes without an advertisement,'. Now everybody knows that Kim Jung Un is a very young and angry dictator, he killed his uncle because the uncle wouldn't bow down to his 30 year old nephew. This guy is nuts and definitely a country to keep your eye on! But have no fear... Obama is monitoring the situation! 

CHINA

How long can China take it? By take it I mean how long will China allow the United States to stay in their waters. The longer the dispute goes on the more the tension builds. In review back in the beginning of the month, China declared parts of the south China sea and some islands their "identify yourself" zone, and if you recall they say that the zone is being disputed over because of trillions of dollars in minerals and oil. Sounds like a reasonable dispute, but the problem is Japan and South Korea already own the water area and the islands. Now the "red" angry Chinese want a part in the revenue from these minerals and oil. Also in the beginning of the month there was a near collision in the disputed waters which could have been catastrophic. Now it is getting interesting last week China set up another "Identify yourself" zone over the Philippines islands, which it seems as though they are just trying to start a war with someone. The biggest thing to watch is how China and Russia's relationship is growing. The reason is because a few days ago Japan, South Korea, and the USA all flew planes into the new zone. In retaliation China not only sold some of Japans interests and scared the USA with "war plans". Russia came into the picture and flew planes into Japanese air zones; why is Russia siding with China because the whole plan all along here is to bring down the USA! Its not a joke or a hoax anymore. China is asking for Russia's aid in all of this!  

RUSSIA

Russia's Putin is in envy of Obama because of the fact that Obama can spy and get away with it? Really, a lot of people have said that they believe Putin is the power house, what America used to be, but it seems as though Putin would do the same thing as Obama if he knew he could get away with it. That's as bad as doing it! Last week Russia made a strong statement saying "Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said that Russia was “preparing a response” to plans by the United States to develop a new fast-strike weapons platform capable of hitting high-priority targets around the globe. He told the State Duma that the development of a global strike program was “the most important new strategy being developed by the United States today.” 'They may experiment with conventional weapons on strategic delivery platforms, but they must bear in mind, that if we are attacked, in certain circumstances we will of course respond with nuclear weapons,” Rogozin said." Now this week we are seeing Russia move some heavy weight missiles, and it has everyone on edge! If Russia is getting ready to attack then you can bet China is doing the same. These missiles are being moved closer to EU borders, this of course came after the US-led deployment of a disputed air defense shield. Russia also plans to replace the ICBM which is the cold wars "satan" missile. This is to be completed by 2018. The missile is known in the western world as the "satan" missile, enough said, this missile is coming out of date and is to be replaced by a better long range nuclear capable missile.

All this nuclear movement has to be a sign of something. Are we getting closer to the inevitable? One has to ask these questions because of the world we live in this will not be like any other war. The war that is coming is down right scary, each country is threatening nuclear responses to each other country that gets closer to their borders. Now please don't freak out and run to the bunkers, but maybe you should think about a little extra long term food and water preparation for your family. An extra can of soup each time you go to the grocery won't break the bank nor will an extra large jug of water be in excess!

ECONOMY UPDATE

The days are drawing near where the plug could be pulled on our unsustainable economic system, the nations debt is to much to pay back, and the government just wants to spend more and more money! This all has to stop sometime, yes it will hurt every single persons wallet but our children would be ok! In recent news the Federal Reserve met on December 17th and 18th, and they decided to taper by $10billion a month. This is a good sign from the USA, but here's the problem, China now has to begin a taper on its economy, this is by ZERO HEDGE "Overnight we warned that short-to-medium-term money market rates had spiked to record highs (1-Year rate-swaps over 5.06%) and that the PBOC was bravely standing firm on its (lack of) liquidity injections... that didn't last long. Despite the PBOC's veiled ongoing attempts to 'taper' its own liquidity provisions, as MNI noted, echoes of the June liquidity crunch were heard again in the Chinese money market Thursday and authorities moved to extend trading amid a surge in rates which quiet injections of funding by the People's Bank of China failed to stem. Jitters in the Chinese interbank market since the PBOC tried to force deleveraging in June highlights the nervousness of an overstretched banking system that is reliant on the central bank's largesse to ensure stable operations." 

So lets look back to October, in October we had a government shutdown and it almost became to late for the USA to pay its bills; remember the "11th" hour deal. After congress returns from their Christmas break, they will have to make the decision on what to do with the USA's economy from then on. Now China has warned us on our bad timing in the past and most likely not be so graceful to us again! However they have said that if the USA just borrows recklessly it will be time to end the reign of the US dollar. All the dominoes seem to be lining up just perfectly for a catastrophe in early spring that is if everything doesn't go according to plans!
