The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is stockpiling large amounts of less lethal munitions, the kind used for crowd control. The offer listed on Fed Biz.Org calls for munitions for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), but as we all know the border patrol is not allowed to even detain illegals coming into the country and even if they did crowd control munitions would be out of place.
