Colorado has just come under attack in a massive water war. Specifically, the Animas River which once was a major tourist location and source of life. Now, after recent events it is nothing but a toxic stream flowing like poison through out the state of Colorado heading to New Mexico.
The spill contains an extremely deadly toxic mix, which includes mercury, arsenic, lead, and a slue of other toxic metals. The levels that have so far been discovered are absolutely shocking. Thousands of times over the EPA regulations limit.
Residents are distraught, disgusted, and they feel like their home has just been ripped from their hands because without water there is no life.
The title of the video could not be more fitting. Simply put the residents just got EPA screwed. The problem that has been caused by the EPA will not cost the EPA a dime. According to the Washington Post the EPA will not be fined.
DENVER — Unlike BP, which was fined $5.5 billion for the 2010 Deepwater Horizon disaster, the EPA will pay nothing in fines for unleashing the Animas River spill.
“Sovereign immunity. The government doesn’t fine itself,” said Thomas L. Sansonetti, former assistant attorney general for the Justice Department’s division of environment and natural resources.
New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez and other lawmakers have called on the EPA to hold itself to the same standards as it would a private company in the aftermath of Wednesday’s accident, in which an EPA-led crew uncorked a 3 million-gallon spill of orange wastewater from the abandoned Gold King Mine near Silverton, Colorado.-WashingtonPost
The outrage continues according to CNN and other large mainstream news organizations this was an accident and the levels are stupendous. However, other local and smaller news organizations want to do independent tests to get the levels of just how bad the spill is.
Brace yourself.
According to the picture below the spill was intentional. It’s all about the “benjamins”.

This image was taken from Zerohedge. However its not the entire image below is the entire clip from the newspaper.

The above is damning evidence that the EPA spill was completely intentional and all for funding a new water treatment plant! How is this possible? How is it legal? This is the epitome of Hegelian dialectic where the powers that be cause a problem to get a reaction and finally implement their predetermined solution.
Recently Obama took over ALL of the waterways in America; ponds, streams, lakes, and rivers. Is this how the EPA got away with this mess?
Private companies and contractors that is how the government gets away with their dirty work. According to the Wall Street Journal Environmental Restoration (ER) LLC is the company who was behind the spill.
The EPA may have been trying to hide the identity of the contracting company responsible for causing a major wastewater spill in southern Colorado, but the Wall Street Journal has revealed the company’s identity.
Environmental Restoration (ER) LLC, a Missouri-based firm, was the “contractor whose work caused a mine spill in Colorado that released an estimated 3 million gallons of toxic sludge into a major river system,” the WSJ was told by a source familiar with the matter. The paper also found government documents to corroborate what their source told them.
So far, the EPA has refused to publicly name the contracting company used to plug abandoned mines in southern Colorado, despite numerous attempts by The Daily Caller News Foundation and other media outlets to obtain the information. It’s unclear why the agency chose not to reveal the contractor’s name.
What is clear, however, is that ER has gotten $381 million in government contracts since October 2007, according to a WSJ review of data from USAspending.gov. About $364 million of that funding came from the EPA, but only $37 million was given to ER for work they had done in Colorado. –DailyCaller
