FEMA Busses Spotted in Oklahoma at a mall off of I240 and I35. It is the Crossroads Mall. Just what is FEMA doing at a mall? This comes along with many other military vehicles spotted in the region in recent weeks. In the middle is a truck that can’t be made out it appears to be a DHL truck which raises the question if yet another company is involved with DHS just like the Blue Bell Ice Cream trucks that where spotted during military exercises elsewhere throughout the country.
The “drill” is occurring alongside strange activity such as there is no media access, and power outages.
On the day of Jade Helm 15 power outages have been reported across the board.
