Just after 10pm on Tuesday night July 14, 2015 I was out driving and saw about 10-15 law enforcement, government and utility vehicles closing intersections about a mile up the road in the distance. At the same time, this intersection directly behind a large residential community was being closed by highway patrol, sheriffs and city police. Can’t tell what the other vehicles are or what is being carried on the transport rig. What the heck is going on here?? Stay vigilant while this is going on and share your footage! Location is Orange County just before Los Angeles County line.
