Washington may lose the support of the EU in Ukraine, should the States refuses to implement the nuclear deal with Iran. This may also collapse the US dollar as a reserve currency, Secretary of State John Kerry said in New York as he was promoting the deal with Iran.

“If Congress rejects the Iran nuclear deal, “that is a recipe, very quickly, my friends, businesspeople here, for the American dollar to cease to be the reserve currency of the world, which is already bubbling out there.”

As the US Secretary of State said, EU member states may no longer support the sanctions against Russia should Congress does not approve of the Iranian deal. The US dollar would thus lose the status of the reserve currency.

Noteworthy, US Congress does not show much support for the nuclear deal with Iran. It is Republican senators that express negative views on the subject.

On July 14, representatives of Iran and the group of six (Russia, China, USA, France, Germany, Great Britain and the EU) reached an agreement on the Iranian nuclear program. It was decided that international sanctions against Iran should be lifted.

According to Vladimir Putin, the world sighed with relief after the agreement with Iran was reached. WASHINGTON (Xinhua) - The US State Department's global database for issuing visas is still experiencing technical problems with the visa issuance system, according to a bulletin posted Saturday on its website.

"As of July 26, we are operating at a significantly reduced capacity and will be until we clear the document backlog. This issue is worldwide and is not specific to any particular country or visa category," the bulletin said.

"We are working urgently to correct the problem and expect the system to be fully operational again soon. We will continue to post updates to travel.state.gov as more information becomes available," it said.

US State Department's passport and visa issuance system has failed to run after a computer glitch, resulting in delays in visa and passport processing since July 24.

So far, it's still unknown when the system will return to normal operations and how many document requests were affected by the glitch. The Bureau of Consular Affairs processes millions of visa requests each year.

But the bureau continues to issue emergency passports at present.

Although the bureau has not identified the root cause of the malfunction, but it does not believe "malicious action," such as terrorism or sabotage, were responsible.

FLIGHT AH5017!

The flight that mysteriously disappeared from radar, has crashed! There is still a lot of mystery surrounding this crash. No pictures, no video; yet 116 people are presumed dead. This is the second plane in a week to be downed. The first being MH17, the flight over Ukraine that was supposedly shot down by Russia. Today it has been reported that AH5017 has crashed due to weather conditions. The even stranger part is that the flight wasn't reported missing from radar for hours. The bigger question is, What was the motive behind the crash? What are they not telling us? They say that the plane crashed somewhere near Niger, West Africa. Yet no pictures that the plane actually went down have been posted. There is still much investigation to be done. Stay tuned for updates.

According to the above article, if Putin gives the go ahead and begins to try and invade Ukraine under the guise of "peacekeepers" then the rest of the world will have to respond with force. The truth is they are calling for war, and are desperately trying to figure out how to start it without getting caught. MH17 held decomposing bodies before it hit the ground. This event was staged. Directly after the event tougher sanctions where imposed on Russia (which began today) without any hard evidence it was actually Russians that shot the plane down. Russia has threatened back against sanctions by the USA to dump bonds and treasuries. 

This in a game of chess would be a check. Looking at how fragile our economy is one false move could bring this consumerized world to a blatant halt. Iran has one of the most ingratiated cyber forces in the world. They are very close behind the USA. However Russia and Iran together makes for a great threat to the US when these two forces begin to work together then we know we have a bigger problem on our hands. That is an EMP.

CNBC: Rare bond default warning in China a good thing?

A rare bond default warning from a Chinese firm unsettled markets in Shanghai on Wednesday, but should be seen as a positive sign of reform taking place in the world's second biggest economy, analysts say.

In a statement posted on the Shenzen stock exchange's website late Tuesday, Shanghai Chaori Solar Energy Science and Technology said it will be unable to meet interest payments on bonds due this Friday. 

It was scheduled to deposit 89 million yuan ($14.5 million) in interest on Wednesday for the 1 billion yuan "Chaori-11 bond" it issued in 2011, but was only able to pay 4 million yuan, Reuters reported. This means the firm will not be able to fully pay the interest for the 'Chaori-11 Bond" in time on March 7, the firm said.

The news weighed on Chinese stocks, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite stock index down 0.2 percent in mid-day Asian trade – bucking a generally firmer tone in Asian equity markets.

Last year, Chaori avoided a bond default after a local government persuaded banks to defer claims for overdue loans and this allowed the firm to meet its bond interest payments. 

While the sums involved are small, the significance of the default should not be over looked, analysts said. 

According to analysts at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BoAML), this will be the first default of an onshore bond in China.

"China needs to become a more open market and allowing this default could be a psychologically important step in this direction," said Chris Weston, chief market strategist at trading firm IG in Melbourne. 

"People need to realize that if you invest in a triple-C rated junk bond there is a risk and up until now there just hasn't been that perception," he added.

Can China achieve its GDP target of 7.5%?

Manpreet Gill, Senior Investment Strategist at Standard Chartered Bank, explains why China is likely to attain its growth target unveiled on Wednesday by Chinese Premier Li Keqiang.

BoAML analysts also outlined why their initial reaction to the Shanghai Chaori news was positive.

"We think it's a good thing as a normal economy needs defaults to better price bonds and other debt products," they said in a note. "There's no need to worry. Let's not underestimate Chinese onshore investors' resilience. Defaults of some debt products are not on a similar scale to a collapse of a major financial institution."

They said that the bond default could be seen as good news for less risky debt products but negative for riskier debt products, adding that China needed to improve its bankruptcy laws and legal procedures to promote healthily growth of the corporate bond market.

The news from Shanghai Chaori came ahead of a slew of headlines from the first day of the annual meeting of China's parliament, the National People's Congress. 

China set its gross domestic product (GDP) growth target for 2014 at 7.5 percent, as expected. 

"2014 will be the year China seriously cleans up mounting local government and corporate debts which have been rapidly accumulated since late 2008," the BoAML analysts said.

"We believe the chance of some bond and trust loan defaults will rise significantly in 2014, especially as the more confident government sees the need for some defaults to develop a more disciplined financial market," they added.
